New Street Adventure - 'A Taste Of Love (Bustin' Loose Remix)' (7" Vinyl)

It was a joy to hear a new album from New Street Adventure and the towering 'What Kind Of World?' was one of the highlights of 2025.

With the group once again providing the the foil for band leader Nick Corbin’s soulful tinged voice and insightful lyrics, we were given another set of sharply dressed songs. With New Street heading back on tour throughout February, March and April we have picked out one of the album’s standout cuts ‘Taste Of Love’ for a remix and 7-inch release.

After working with Bustin’ Loose on last year’s Spring Revisited project, we were only too happy to draft him in for the task. Bustin' Loose is New York / London based DJ Tom Lilly, who has been DJing for over a decade and releasing fine music on his Disco Express label for the last few years.

He had given 'A Taste Of Love' a contemporary disco feel, which brings out the inherent dance floor flavour of the original and amps it up a touch. The 7” single is limited to 300 copies. 150 will be on sale at the Acid Jazz Store and Bandcamp, whilst Nick will be taking the remainder out on road with him.
