Refund policy

In the event that any product(s) supplied to you by us is/are damaged or defective, we agree to replace such products, or refund the full amount paid (including postage & packaging) providing you notify us by email at info@acidjazz.co.uk and return such goods within 30 days of purchase.

In the event you receive the incorrect products, we will send the correct items free of charge and arrange for return of incorrect goods (where applicable)

In the event than an order is either no-longer wanted or ordered in error, it can be returned at your own expense within 30 days of purchase.

You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of purchase, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you choose to cancel your order, full payment will be returned to you.

Physical goods (including but not limited to vinyl records, CDs and apparel) are to be sent back to us in the same condition you received them – “Returns” Acid Jazz Records, C/O Ace Records Ltd., Such Close, Letchworth Garden City, SG6 1JF, UK. Please include a note with your name and order number.
