Here at Acid Jazz, every record we release has to pass through the Test Pressing stage to see if the manufacturing process is going to plan. Each Test pressing run is small - usually only 5 copies - and as they aren’t really designed for sale, they are then left on shelves or in boxes, usually to be lost somewhere down the line in an office, house or warehouse move.
With this is mind we have decided to liberate a small quantity of these, as we instigate Test Pressing Tuesday. This first try is a 7 inch sale, with just one, two or in one case three copies up for sale at just £10 a go!
Artists featured include The Brand New Heavies, JTQ, New Street Adventure, Matt Berry along with a host of Fingier Records titles, and are really one of the ultimate Acid Jazz rarities.
